Attacking Bengals???

Preseason priority

It's important the defense gets in sync so it can become an attacking, big-play unit. The acquisitions of DEs Carl Powell and Duane Clemons, DT John Thornton and MLB Kevin Hardy, all of whom were free agents, will boost the run defense, setting up RE Justin Smith for more sacks. CB Tory James and fourth-round pick CB Dennis Weathersby have the skills to press receivers. They will help stabilize a shaky secondary that will benefit from a stronger pass rush.

Nice. ;-D Adding Marvin Lewis to the mix definitely should help.

I also look for Brian Simmons to have a career year, now that he's moved to OLB, which is his natural position.
