Imagine, fugitives would never happen again, because all they have to do is bring up the computer and see where the person is.

I think you're forgetting that these chips can be taken out. All you need is a pocketknife....

I knew about this before, but if you wanna see something REALLY scary, Annalee Newitz has a great opinion on other goings on..

I'm with Homeless on this one. I'd only use this technology on pedofiles and other people that are on probation and stuff.
