Is Roethlisbergers value sky high in dynasty?

Postby Favre.com » Fri Oct 15, 2004 9:41 pm

I have been trying to trade for him ever sinse the start of the season, now his value is sky rocketing and I am panicking, my "Dynasty QB" is Boller (bad pick on my part, i agree) and I need a change, i wanted Carr and Roethlisberger, with my luck both have insane value as of right now!

Quesions:

How high are Roethlisberger and Carr worth?

Who should I go for (in dynasty)? (realistically!) :-b

Roethlisberger's only going to get better. And like someone pointed out, he's on pace for 2800 yards and 28 TD's. He is definetly going to be a star and be your franchise quarterback in years to come.

Carr and Ben are both good dynasty QB's. Carr is starting to break out after 2 rather crappy years with Houston.

There was alot of good discussion on ths very subject here.

I think he is the real deal. I have both him and Plax in a keeper league where I picked them up off the WW. Now I'm just praying they develop into a productive duo. Actually I would be happy just to have Ben develop into a nice keeper QB. :)

My Qb'sin my Dynasty are Favre, Carr, Roth and Eli. Yes, the values have gone up considerably in the past month or so they are nto out of reach. It will cost you a starter to get either in a true dynasty. Probably a pretty good starter as well. I will say it is not a feeding frenzy yet. I hope it becomes one but doubtful. Not many owners truly plan around te future. They are not going to give up a Walker or Andre to get a future star QB.

KEEP Big Ben!!! He's the next Dan Marino- so says Bill Parcells and who knows talent better than him? Carr is good too but older and more banged up after being abused early in his career. He also doesn't have the receiving corps that the Steelers do....
