Need Info on using individual Def

I was just looking for how people are using individaul defensive players in their league. We are looking to add them next year. How many you draft, what positions, how you score, ect.

We were thinking at first, playing 1 D-line, 1 linebacker and 1 in the backfield. Thanks for any input. And good luck.
