Depends what your other options are at WR. This could be like the Deuce McAllister situation last week where he went out and ran for 100 yards coming off a high ankle sprain. It's a high risk/reward decision.
If you think you're the favorite in the matchup or you have a quality bench WR to replace Roy, play that guy. If you're an underdog or your bench players are hit and miss then I would lean towards Roy.
