Lewis is the man as everyone said, talk all the smack you want but you better be able to back it up. The man barring injury never went below 110 tackles and plays the pass better than anyone at LB.

Role-model no, but he's one hell of a player.

He's probably the best player in the NFL. It's not like he's Warren Sapp running his mouth when all he is, is a big ogre. Lewis can play. He motivates those around him to play, and has very high expectations for them.

And the 1-2-3 Kid was awesome. I love the 360 kick and the moonsault. I think he was in a GameBoy game I had, back when the original huge grey GameBoy was cool.

I don't want my LBs to be role models. Butkus and Taylor were hardly role models. Ray Lewis is joining them.

I don't know about "well-respected" with his 'history,' but he is a beast and can back up the shit he talks.

You have an X-Pac Avatar??? hahaha. Lamest thing Ive ever seen on this site.

You're the lamest thing I've ever seen on this site. You have bogus arguements for anything you talk about and you just come around trashing anyone you don't like. It's not like I'm still into wrestling or anything, he's just cool... so keep to yourself.

I'm not sure if Miner was serious or not but I think you have a damn nice avatar. ;-D

Back in the day X Pac was one of my favorite wrestlers.

Man don't make me pull out the X-Factor. SUCK IT!!

But he turned on Kane! That little weasel! Damn that pissed me off. And I still don't know why.

Being a huge Steeler fan this will be tough to say but I really enjoy watching him play.

I dont think there is 1 LB out there than is as good as this guy.

There I said it. I am going to go and wash my mouth out with soap

ray lewis is possibly the greatest linebacker to ever play the game. he is a great leader, and as everyone stated already, why would he want to be quiet when he is trying to pump his team up and lead them? you dont have to like him, but you should try to respect what he is doing.
