Am I crazy by starting Brees over Hasselbeck?

I will be starting Brees over Hasselbeck since ATL's pass defense isnt great and well we know what the Pats do. Am I crazy for doing this? Stupid? Or is this the right move for this week?

Yes, stupid. Never bench your studs, no matter the D. True, Brees has been hot of late, and Hback hasn't done anything special, but there's a reason he's your #1 QB. You don't want to be playing matchups all year.

I'd show some restraint and go with Hback...not as sexy, but I think the better decision

no, i like brees this week. whenever sd goes against good run defense they throw allot of short passes to LT. brees will have a good week.

i'd do it. i was actually thinking of doing the same move but picked up someone else. the weather looks kinda rainy in new england. plus the NE D has stopped the big qb's before (manning). they will run the ball alot with alexander, so i don't expect good #s

breese however is playing against a soft atl pass D. not only that, but LT is a little hurt, so he won't get as many carries
