Will stephen davis get back to being STEPHEN DAVIS this year

I've got Jamal Jail-Bait Lewis and, based on last week, it looks like his game is going to be impacted by the impending loss of freedom. Stephen Davis is my "crossing my fingers" saving grace. Will he be a factor this year....following a 1400+ yard season, I hope he gets back on track. THOUGHTS???

I doubt Davis will be the Davis of old this year, but not because it is completely his fault. Injuries are decimating this team and it just doesn't seem to be that good this year. Smith cannot be the deep threat that helped Davis have a lot of success last year and Carolina is hurt by their schedule having been in the Super Bowl last year. Moreover, we don't know how Davis will do coming off his injury. But, if he's the best option you have, put him in there. At least he won't be sharing carries with Foster for a little while.

BTW, do you hail from the Ithaca, NY area? I ask because we have a guy in our league who is the champ from last year and has Lewis and Davis. Could be coincidence, but could you be him?
