How do I get it into my avator because when I copy it into word it says it is 38.8 kbs and it can only be 6?

If you dont know how to get it on:

1) Save the picture to your computer.
2) Go to your profile, then go to avatar.
3) Hit browse, double click the pic, update profile and you're good.

They're all under limit, so there shouldn't be a problem... I don't know what you're talking about with "word."

The only one that really worked was the Glenn one, and the quality on that pic wasn't too great. If you like it, you can take it... but I'd do more if you find a clearer, better pic of Glenn or someone else if you want.

Yea, that didn't come out too great. If you could find a different picture of some other cowboy (I actually prefer a Roy Williams avatar if you can find one) and resize it, that would be great. Thanks a lot
