Minnesota coach Mike Tice is giving consideration to sitting Randy Moss for more than one game. Reading between the lines, Moss sounds less than questionable this week. "We'll just test it out and see what happens," Moss said Monday. Marcus Robinson and Nate Burleson would be better plays this week without Moss on the field.
Arrrgh. This is going to hurt. Everybody pick up Robinson or Burleson if you haven't already...
The most I've heard about this injury is that it's a sore hammy. Is that really serious enough to keep Moss out for multiple weeks? Could we be looking at a pull/tear or (god forbid!) a knee related injury here? Anyone heard anything more specific yet?
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (Oct. 19, 2004) -- A strained right hamstring might cause Randy Moss to miss his first NFL game, but the Vikings won't make a decision on the receiver's availability until Friday, Oct. 22, at the earliest.
Coach Mike Tice described the injury as more than mild, but Moss has always been a fast healer and could be able to play a limited role in the Week 7 game against the Tennessee Titans.
Moss, who has started 101 consecutive games, leads the league with eight touchdown receptions...
Well I'm not going to worry about it until closer to the weekend. I will pick up Burleson, but I was really looking for an excuse to drop Terrell!

Until Moss is announced as out consider him IN. I have him in mutliple leagues, and thats excatly what I am doing.
Yeah, we may be overreacting. It might be a Tice ploy to confuse the opposing defenses into thinking that they don't have to prepare for Moss. We might not know the real story until the day of the game, with Moss either in uniform or street clothes. [sigh]
