Ahman Green, how hurt is he?

Anyone know how injured A. Green is? Need a short term RB until D. Foster comes back. Mealey is available as a free agent. Don't need to waste FA $if he's not going to play. If I knew he was starting for just 1 week, it might be worth the flyer.

He strained his quad...check out sporting news or TSN for more info.

He should be a go this week.

Pickup mealy for insurance though...He should get some decent #'s this week.

He may be held out. It will be 2 weeks in a row on turf for him and the Pack has lost a starting O lineman, Tauscher for the year. So the Pack may be very cautious with Green. I feel that they think they can beat the lions with out Green. Keep watching the injury reports.
