You might want to wait until after this weekend to trade because he's going up agianst denver and Champ Bailey. So odds are that he has another low production game and you might be able to get him at a lower value.
I think it is better to ask if C.Palmer is a bust. CJ is still one of the top 5 recievers in the league in my oppinon. The problem is that Palmer is sucking so bad that he cannot get him the ball.
I am hoping that Palmer steps it up, and if he can CJ's numbers will improve.
There are only two ways that I can see CJ getting back to respectable fantasy numbers:
1. Palmer and Chad develop a connection, or
2. Kitna becomes QB
Barring injury to Palmer, I don't see either happening. I have little faith right now. I have not seen or read anything at all to make me think that Palmer and Chad might hook up the way Kitna and Chad did last year.
I think if you can get him and not give up too much I would. The potential to break out is there. Seemed Palmer threw his way a little more last week, but he had 3 drops that he should have caught. I see him picking it up the rest of the year as Palmer gets better

I think if you can get him at a reasonable price I would. Especially in keeper or dynasty leagues. One season leagues I would be cautious. The offense will get better, but some things take time.
