Waiver Wire Adds
Wendell Smallwood - Philadelphia Eagles - RB
It looks like Ryan Mathews is going to miss some time, and possibly a few weeks. This would push split duties between Wendell Smallwood and Darren Sproles. Smallwood is an early down back, and game-flow will always dictate the usage, but he has some decent upside for a back this late in the season. He is averaging 4.2 yards per attempt this season, Bengals, Redskins, Ravens, Giants, and Cowboys the rest of the way.

Colin Kaepernick - San Francisco 49ers - QB - @ Bears
Given Colin Kaepernick's rushing upside and usage, he has made for a solid option over the last few weeks. He blew up against Miami, so his ownership should take a pretty big jump. Chicago's offense is hindered with injuries, but so is their defense. This is a middle of the road matchup, as Chicago ranks 19th in fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks.
Other Suggestions: Alex Smith
Tyreek Hill - Kansas City - WR - @ Falcons
Kansas City will need to put up some points, and Jeremy Maclin hasn't made any progress in returning. Hill has done a great job in two of the three weeks filling in, and targets have been his way. The Falcons have allowed the 13th most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts, and Hill is a speedy threat. He has 23 receptions over the last three weeks, and blew up against a tough Denver defense.
Other Suggestions: Quincy Enunwa, Brandon LaFell, Tyler Boyd
C.J. Fiedorowicz - Houston Texans - TE - @ Packers
Tight end is pretty dry this week, and I am not on the Houston offense, but I do like C.J. Fiedorowicz against Green Bay. They have allowed the fifth most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends, and have really struggled over the last few weeks in that department. He has 13 catches over the last three weeks, and has become used a bit more of late.
Other Suggestions: Vernon Davis (If Reed is Out)
Green Bay Packers - D/ST - Houston
As mentioned above, I am not thrilled with Houston coming into Lambeau, even with their decimated secondary. Houston continues to struggle to move the ball, and Lamar Miller is banged up. While in the past I may have looked at Houston for a chance to put up points, but here in Week 13 I have seen enough of them. Green Bay is below the two mentioned below, but the lowest owned.
Other Suggestions: Ravens, Eagles
