Waiver Wire Adds

Mike Gillislee - Buffalo Bills - RB

LeSean McCoy exited last week's game, aggrevating his hamstring injury. There was already a ton of doubt about him coming into the week, and it looks like Buffalo pushed the envelope with him coming back. Mike Gillislee would see a lead-back role for Buffalo is McCoy was to miss any time, or continue playing a lesser role. Gillislee has over a five YPC on 70 career rushing attempts.

Donte Moncrief - Indianpolis Colts - WR

If you have room to stash a player, Donte Moncrief has been dropped by many owners. He didn't practice this past week, but he has a 4-6 week window to return, since his Week 2 injury. Week 8-9 is when we could see Moncrief back in action. He is a solid WR2 going the rest of the way when he returns, and Andrew Luck desperately needs him badly. Chuck Pagano believes Moncrief is close to return.

Week 8 Streaming Options

Jameis Winston - Tampa Bay Buccaneers - QB - Raiders

Oakland has ranks inside the bottom five in fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. While Jameis Winston is fairly erratic when it comes to fantasy production, the matchup bodes well, especially on a week where five teams have byes. Winston and the Bucs are throwing a ton this season, nearly 41 times per game. Football Outsiders has Oakland ranked as the 28th pass defense

Other Suggestions: Marcus Mariota

Matt Asiata - Minnesota Vikings - RB - @ Bears

The battle between Matt Asiata and Jerick McKinnon has been something we've dealt with for quite some time. There is no doubt Asiata has been the more productive back so far, and it might be time to jump ship. Minnesota gets a matchup with the Bears, who rank 20th against the rush, per Football Outsiders. Given the lack of streaming options this week, Asiata is worth a roll of the dice.

Other Suggestions: Mike Gillislee

Jamison Crowder - Washington Redskins - WR - Bengals

With Jordan Reed out, Jamison Crowder has seen a creep up in production. He has 13 targets in the last two games, going for 160 yards and a touchdown. Cincinnati ranks 23rd and 26th against WR2 and WR3s this season, really taking away the main weapons. Crowder is a great PPR grab, and should be owned in all formats going forward.

Other Suggestions: Davante Adams, Mohamed Sanu

Cameron Brate - Tampa Bay Buccaneers - TE - Raiders

With the loss of Vincent Jackson, and Adam Humphries not really a huge threat, Cameron Brate will be the secondary option for Winston. Oakland has allowed the fifth most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends this season. They rank 26th, per Football Outsiders, with a 17.3% DVOA. Brate is a reliable option for this week, and if you want to hang onto him moving forward, he should be a touchdown dependent tight end.

Other Suggestions: Vernon Davis

New York Jets - D/ST - @ Browns

The Jets defense was dropped by most, or went undrafted. They will draw a matchup against the Browns, who have allowed the eighth most fantasy points per game to opposing defenses. The Browns are on their fifth quarterback this season, as Cody Kessler went down with a concussion last week. I will be using the Jets with confidence, as Vegas projects Cleveland for just about nothing this week.
